Hi,
I am trying to upgrade Process Workplace from 10.2.0.572 to 10.2.1.755 by first running the OpenText Process Workplace 10.2.1 Installer (which installs 10.2.1.559) and then applying the patch EPS-1021-020.msp to go to 10.2.1.755.
I first uninstall the 10.2.0.572 using the standard uninstall procedure which completes fine. Then I run the installer for 10.2.1.599 which runs fine until the very end after which the installer rolls back the complete installation. I am not sure what goes wrong but I see the following lines tn the attached log file (although I am sure the port numbers are correct).
ConfigureIIs7Exec: Error 0x80070057: Invalid web address. Port was not separated by a colon.

Any ideas on how to make the installation work? Should I also completely remove everything in IIS?
