Error in eRoom

Error in eRoom "The eRoom Scheduler service encountered a catastrophic error during generating usage reports. Please call Documentum Technical Support"

Does anyone have any suggestion as to what might be wrong? or what I can do to fix this?

When do you get this error? Do you get this error when you are trying to login to the eRoom?

This is showing up in the error log and after a while it crashes the server.

Is this a Designed for EMC community question or a generic eRoom one? If an eRoom one, we can move this thread to the Documentum community.
