Facing problems during migration

Hi,

I am working in a comapny called Versata. We have just migrated our servers. And now we are facing few issues.Like error number :

0x80040340

EROOM_E_DECRYPTION_FAILURE

Required data could not be decrypted.

I try to look up on google and find few links which could be useful. For example:

developer.documentum.com/developer/ResourceCenter/MasterNodes.htm?Product=eRoom - . But clicking on this redirects me to somewhere else. Please tell me where can i find the suitable solution for my problem.

Gunjan,

The link takes you to the login page because you will have to have an account and login to see the acrticle you want to. Just click on "request a user id" and signup.
