v5.0 connection errors

I'm having problems receiving files from a remote TeamSite server using OpenDeploy v5.
The latest error reported in the log file is "ERROR: Connecting host denied access -- name(unknown) ip( - TS server IP addresss -).
I guess this could be caused by our internal firewall and/or the way I've set up the odrcvr.xml file.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Sounds like a firewall issue. Try to deploy to a different OD receiver located behind the firewall. If this works, then you know it's probably a firewall (or network) issue. If this doesn't work, check all the xml config. files to make sure all IP addresses and server names are correct. If the odbase and odrcvr files don't match up, then OD won't connect. FYI - we always use IP address rather than server name.
