MS SQL Server 2000 and Latest Perl error

Hi All,
I have upgraded from TS 5.5.2 to TS 6.1 on Windows 2000 SP4. On another machine I have SQL Server 2000 that we use as our CMS database. Before the upgrade the callouts and inlines that were in our DCTs worked just fine connecting to the DB to retrieve the data. After the upgrade, the same callouts and inlnes do not work. I get the following error when I try to open the DCT (Forms).

Cannot Connect: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. (SQL-28000)(DBD: db_login/SQLConnect err=-1)

However, if I run the same Perl script from the commandline (logged on to the server as Administrator) the script runs fine.

Any Ideas? I'm guessing it has something to do with the IIS setup?
