Some of our users were having issues viewing any content within the WebDesk GUI. They could successfully log in, but were then presented with a partly complete interface. No toolbar, no 2-pane window or listing of files or workareas.?
WebDesk Pro works fine for them. They are on IE5.5 SP2
Removing the user from the entities database fixed the issue as follows:
iwuser -q <username>
Note the Entity ID number
iwuser -d -loc E::<entity id number>
iwuser -d -loc E::99
iwreset (Flushes out the entity database cache)
The workarea contained hundreds of modified files and we suspect they had given up waiting for the listing to appear, only to find when they next logged in the GUI didn't display correctly.
