Slow Performance in opening up a DCR file in read/write or preview mode (Running TS 5.5.2 on W2k). When we look at the cache statistics everything looks fine. However the file can take up to 12 seconds to open. We have noticed that after a restart of the teamsite (Interwoven) server the response times are greatly improved. We have increased the cache size but this hasn't improved the response times. Does anyone know what maybe the cause of the slow performance? Many thanks
