preview behaviour in TS6.1

On TeamSite, when a preview of a page that has many .tpl (defined in templating.cfg) is done, first it prompts the user to select a .tpl

In TeamSite 5.5.2, it is prompting the user everytime the preview button is clicked

In TeamSite 6.1, it's prompting the user the first time only, next time preview is clicked, it directly preview the page with the previously selected .tpl

Is that the normal behaviour or is it a bug ?
It's annoying to close the template and open it again whenever you want to select another .tpl !
