Here's a strange one -- I've read about this in DevNet, but I don't think anything yet addresses this:

Obviously, on a Windows platform, using TS 6.1.0 SP1. Also, when I do a netstat, I'm not showing that port 81 is even listening! This just happened all of a sudden... what am I doing wrong?
