Templating Error Page

Hi,

When our users tried to view any DCR file that is older than the current version of that particular DCR, they will always see the following errors:

Templating Error Page
An Exception was thrown, Stopping after fatal error. The element type "input" must be terminated by the matching end-tag.


There is no "input" tag in the DCT file. We have also submitted all DCT files to staging whenever we make changes to them.

Any help on this issue is appreciated.
