passing values to the child workflow

I have a Scenario where I have a nested workflow.

The job definition screen of the parent workflow has the fields like:
1. job title (textbox)
2. job description (textarea)
3. review manager (dropdown)
.
.
.

The job definition screen of the nested workflow is exactly the same as the job definition screen of the parent workflow. The only difference is the first two fields (i.e. job title and job description) are not there.

The requirement is to keep the job title and job description same as what was defined from the Job description screen of the parent workflow. Other fields should also retain the value seleted from the Job description screen of the parent workflow but can be changed here.

Is it possible to pass the value to the job definition screen of the nested workflow? if yes, how? if Not, is there any workarround?
