How to create DCR programatically.

Hi,

We have a requirement where the end user fills a web form ( a jsp) and we need to take the contents from the web form and create a DCR in the TeamSite. Is it possible to do this with CSSDK API? If not, Can you please provide some suggestions on how to achieve this kind of requirement?
