iwmigrate log location

Hi,
I am trying to get the iwmigrate into a logfile.

/InterWoven/iw-home/bin/iwmigrate -m /sourceTS/iwmnt -o /opt/iwstore/iw-store/NewStore -b //sourceTS/default/main > /tmp/migrate.log 2 &>1
it just hangs nothing is going to the log file. Without the log file option it is giving the correct output.

My doubt is it waiting for the reply y or n ? how do I pass the parameter 'y' and have the logfile created ?
