Disable user access to virtual Y: drive b4 reboot?
System
Interwoven technical support found that our logs show that some other application was accessing the virtual Y:\ drive when we rebooted the server housing the TeamSite application (which caused teamsite to fail to launch)
Interwoven technical support recommends that during scheduled reboots that nothing is accessing the Y:\ drive when TeamSite is stopped.
what is the best way to go about this? is it as simple as stopping all the TS services before a reboot or is something more specific required to ensure users dont have mappings/files on the Y drive accessed?
