Teamsite 6 - Error locating DLL file

Hi,

I have installed Teamsite 6 Content Center Professional on a Win2K system with the necessary configuration. The installation fine and I am able to login and use Teamsite. But, when I am trying to use the option "Campare to Staging" for documents, it throws me the following error...

The dynamic link library icuuc18.dll could not be found in the specified path.

...And the consecutive selection of this option displays a blank page and i have to necessarily reset the Teamsite server (iwreset -a)

The windows PATH is set and is pointing to the location where this DLL file is present. Still I am facing this error.

Where do I have to specify the path of this dll file? The file icuuc18.dll is located at <iw-home>\bin and also under <iw-home>\httpd\iw-bin.

Is there any other config settings I need to take care of inorder to avoid errors from any other DLL files?

Please clarify.
