WebService Error

I am trying to insert an asset into MediaBin using Web Services. Particularly, I am using the InsertAsset method. I am passing in all the parameters, and am certain that both the file is correct, and the containerID/taskID's are correct.

I am getting the following error: Server was unable to process request. --> The directory name is invalid.

Does anyone have any idea what i can do to fix this problem. Thanks in advance!
