Filelist Deployment doesnt delete from DB?

Hello all,

we are using an OD configuration with DNR (which in turn invokes DD) to deploy and delete files and database assets via filelist.

the filelist will deploy files and write/update the database fine. however, the filelists will delete xml but leave the file's corresponding entries in our production IW database.

we are currently using OD and DD 5.6 (no sps)

is this issue related to this bug or do i have something configured incorrectly?

# <40425>: When running Deploy and Runs, unable to get the list of deleted files from in memory log.
