Parallel Deployment - OpenDeploy Fails

Hi,

I am trying to open deploy the files to the webserver, using the same XML config file, while a deployment is already running. For some of the files i got the error.
Status : Failed
Reason from server: DEPLOYMENT_NOT_QUEUED
Details : - There is already a deployment 'oddd_delta_cscw40' running. Request to start it now cannot be done. Request Rejected.

The open deply is failing for some files even after i enable the queueing of deplyments using the attribute in my config file ...

<initiatorProperties pendSessions="yes"/>

Suppose, i start the deployment for 10 files one after the other, the deployment fails for say 2 files, and for the rest of the files it says [Reason from server: DEPLOYMENT_QUEUED]

Please clarify.
