teamsite connectivity

Hi guys,

here again one more query if u could suggest me something.

I am looking for the option to connect offshore centre with the clients teamsite. there are two popular options for getting this connectivity in place.
1) connect teamsite URL through VPN.
2) connect teamsite through the CITRIX client.

what do u suggest is the better option ? as we have to update around 10-15 pages per day and the put the same into the teamsite server and then upload the same from teamsite to staging area. do anybody have idea as to how and what is the response time for both the options. one more thing if we use a Citrix client we can even access applications to edit the file on the client CITRIX server but again the issue is what will be the turnaround time i mean the time consumed in CITRIX and VPN.

Please do update me if you have any suggestions or opinions on it ?
