Perl IDE?

Posting here until there is a Perl forum...

Does anyone have experience with the Perl IDE's (such as ActiveState Komodo)? How well do they work with HTML/XML embedded in Perl code (such as PTs and WFTs)? Is it much better than the simple syntax highlighting provided by TextPad, UltraEdit, etc. (is it worth the financial and time investment)?
