One of our users cannot create new files, new directories, or new dcrs in the webdesk interface. It works fine if he uses the webdesk pro interface, but under the webdesk interface the menu items just don't exist for him. He has tried logging in using several different machines to no avail and other users have successfully logged in on his machine and the menu items are there. We are stumped at the moment.
