Is it possible to do like this ??

I want to create template with One Textbox on left hand side and another Text box on right hand Side. In between i want to put >,>>.<,<<.

Text Box1 < Textbox2

-- >
-- >>

Is it possible to do ??.I am able to create one
Textbox1 < Textbox2??
