Backing store in disk array

System

Originally we store contents in extended backing store named
"newstore" (not default) physically located in disk array .
Now we would like to attache the disk array onto another box .
And when I add parameter in iw.cfg and active the backing store by enter
"iwstoreadm -a newstore" , it works fine except no matter how we access the backing store by TeamSite UI or file system Y:\newstore , I
saw nothing there but staging and edition with initial .
I mean the branch , workarea and previous contents disappear even the
directory structure is in the disk array without modification .
