I'm pretty excited with what I've seen so far. There are some user-friendly issues that I feel need to be addressed, but I think it is a lot better than what we have now. Some overall thoughts:
Rankings are nice, but there doesn't seem to be a place to view the highest ranked unless the Most Popular is by ranking and not views.
Adding content and discussions should be more obvious.
Some links, like "View as PDF" and when opening documents, should pop another window up. When I close the document I discovered that I was out of the system.
Groups would be useful for setting some collaboration rules.
