The BIRT Report Designer allows you to create a chart view of data represented in a table. This is done by right clicking on the table selector and selecting "Create Chart View". This will open up the chart editor where you can design the chart based on data in the table.<br />

When viewing reports like these through Actuate's BIRT Interactive Viewer you can dynamically switch between a table view and a chart view of the data.<br />
