RCP APP with BIRT and Scripted Datasource

This example illustrates setting the parent classloader using the app context extension. It also shows running a report that uses a scripted datasource where the event is defined by a class in the plugin. Be certain to look at the plugin.xml for the extension point and the dependecies in the manifest to see what plugins are set. There is also a target definition defined to show what plugins are required at runtime.
