What happens if the user wants to select multiple items e.g. multiple states. BIRT 2.3 has added support for multi-select parameter handlers. Unfortunately, the report developer needs to modify the query at run time, either through and event handler or property binding.</p>
<p>While not terribly difficult, there are maintenance and security issues associated with this approach. In this short demo, Scott Rosenbaum from Innovent Solutions will demonstrate an approach that is more secure and easier to use.</p>
