BIRT API's for dynamic model creation

<p>Our current environment utilizes iHub 3.1. In order to build dynamic data models we built a java application that utilizes BIRT api's. We are in the midst of upgrading to version 16 and it appears that the jar/api files may have changed. Can anyone point me to where the new documentation or information is for writing api's in 16?  </p>
