<p>I want to create a BIRT report having a multi select parameter whereby the 1st multi select parameter should restrict the query of the second parameter. I have enabled multi selection via Advanced </p>

<p>I have tried various ways using beforeOpen in the script but it does not work and when restricting the dataset by using Filter, it only uses the first selected value.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Birt version : 3.7</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Example : Office and Employee</p>
<p>If i select two office numbers, i should get only the employees in the selected office.</p>
