Placing Parameters within report screen and amending within Report screen

<p>Is it possible to place parameters within the HTML screen and when parsing new values of parameters the report will re-generate  depending on the newly selected params. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Or do I always have to input parameters values before running report  ? </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Parameters alternation should be only applied to HTML runtime , and not when downloaded to excel .</p>
