<p>Is there a way to make invisible one (having at least two) header in a table on the second and subsequent pages?</p>

<p>Usually I just create two tables, one for header which I don’t want to repeat, and the second for a repeatable one. But I don’t want to do this anymore, it is very time-consuming to align them, plus, even when I use width property of tables and their cells, I still don’t get perfect results, there always will be at least millimeter of lopsided border.</p>

<p>I tried using variable, scripting, but nothing seems to work!</p>

<p>Is there any solution for this?</p>
