How to keep column headers visible while scrolling through table content

<p><strong>How can one keep column headers visible while scrolling through a large table?</strong></p>

<p>I've tried the two row grid trick, with no luck.  I'm using BD Pro v4.4.0.  If anyone has come up with a trick to do this, I would be greatly indebted if you could share the secret.</p>
