Multiple stacked column bar charts for fixed-size groups of optional Y series values

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>I'm trying to generate a report for a dataset containing the following fields:</p>
<ul><li>ProJectName</li>
<li>EventId</li>
<li>EventName</li>
<li>StartTime</li>
</ul><p>For each ProjectName, I need to generate a stacked column bar chart having on X axis StartTime and on Y axis the count of EventId grouped by EventName (See the attached file).</p>
