<p>Hi all, hope this is the right place to ask this. I have been hitting this particular error whenever I try to preview my reports on BIRT</p>

<p>'Wrapped com.ibm.tivoli.maximo.report.script.MXReportRuntimeException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Cannot open database "(db name)" requested by the login. The login failed.'</p>

<p>I haven't touched any of the settings and it was working fine before. Anyone knows what is going on?</p>

<p>And how do I check my current db connection configurations? Double-clicking on the computer icon under data source does nothing. </p>

<p>(My current environment was set up by a senior who already left the company.)</p>
