\n (newline) in .properties file is ignored

<p>Using .properties files to localize content in our reports I find that \n (newlines) are ignored when running the report. I am using ResourceBundleEditor (Eclipse plugin) to edit the .properties files and this is working oké. </p>

<p>But when I run the report the \n characters are ignored. </p>
