<p>We have a custom Birt xhtml emitter which writes a xhtml file to the disk.</p>
<p>The emitter is scheduled to run at 7:00am using iHub.</p>
<p>The existing html emitter has been extended for the xhtml emitter.</p>

<p>The scheduled job which should run just once at 7:00am executes multiple times. [~700].
