<p>I'm working in the IT-Departement and we have a few users who use the birt rcp report designer example(which can be downloaded here: <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='
http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/build.php?build=R-R1-4_4_2-201502171805)'>http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/build.php?build=R-R1-4_4_2-201502171805)</a>to run some reports against a database. </p>

<p>This works very well and normally there aren't any problems, but without any changes on one of the computers we can't use RCP Report Designer anymore. If you want to start the application it happens nothing. No Error or anything else is showing up, Birt just won't open. This happens with any local user on this computer(even with a newly created user for testing purposes). The same happens with a fresh downloaded version(4.4.2 or 4.6.0) of Birt RCP Designer. On all the other workstations, birt still works without any problems.</p>

<p>To be honest, I have absolutly no idea where we should start to look. I'm also not sure if this is the right place to ask. I'm glad for any help you can provide me.</p>
