How do I import an RPTDESIGN file into a BIRT Eclipse workspace?

Hi, I have installed iHUB. I want to download and import the examples into the BIRT Designer - Eclipse. How do I do it. For example, have downloaded the .rptdesign file. how to bring it into designer?
