Can not reuse a file name from a file that was deleted

Hi,

We have an user that deleted a DCR file and submitted to Staging. He then tried to recreate a DCR and save it with the same file name. He got "This file is not accessible" error. This forced the user to user to use a different file name. Have you run into this kind of odd thing?
