Deploying reports to a remote server

<p>When I copy a report to a remote server, I have to go in and manually change the data source paths within the rptdesign file. If I map the datasource through the remote server interface in eclipse, it adds the server name to the path, (i.e. 192.168.1.100/path/to/data) using FTP. Is there a better way to do this without having to edit paths? It's our own server, so any protocol is configurable.</p>
