Select File Popup Failure

Using the standard 'Browse' functionality in a DCT to select a file seems to fail (shows no files) if the directory selected has more than 100 files in it. Is this a known bug? Can I fix this somehow, other than dividing up my files into subdirectories ? (BTW I'm using TS 5.5.2)
