Hi, We're using TeamSite 5.5.2 on Windows 2000 with W2K Professional clients.
When using LaunchPad to edit a file, it writes it to a local directory. The problem is that the configuration asks for the top-level directory, such as C:\IWTemp. Developers would like to retrieve the file from TeamSite and have it go in the website root of their local machine so they can do development, such as C:\InetPub.
Problem is that if LaunchPad is changed to C:\InetPub, it actually writes the file many subdirectories below that ... c:\inetpub\machinename\cache\default\main\SIteName\
Then they can no longer browse to
http://localhost/filename.asp Is there a way to be able to "check out" file directly to a local web site root without adding all of those directories?
Also, how does a person just download an entire directory and all subdirectories at once?
Thanks,
David
