FormAPI location

Hi,

In my datacaptdure.cfg i am using below line to point my javascipt .

I have sample.js in DocumentType folder but it not pointing to it.

<script language="javascript" location="/default/main/Series/WORKAREA/repository/DocumentType" src="sample.js"/>

Could anybody point where i am doing wrong in above statement
