Nested Workflow - automatic start?

Is it possible to set up a nested workflow, using the <wftask> element and have that child workflow start automatically when the task executes rather than having to select Task Options->Start Nested Job? I would like the child jobs to execute immediately (like a cgitask) if possible. So is it possible?
