field is a list of comma separated values

I have a dataset created from a stored procedure.
The procedure returns 3 fields.
Life_Ins, Empl_name, Bens.

Life_Ins contains a list of comma seperated values such as "Ins1,Ins2,Ins3".
Bens contains a list of comma seperated values such as "Spouse,Son,Daughter,Aunt,Uncle"

How can I get the values in Life_Ins and Bens to be stacked in list form in the detail section of my report??
