The body of the Template Based Email produces output for Task Description, Job Description, Workarea, Filelist, and Job Comments. However the Job Comments code attempts to output task comments for the externaltask that invokes iw_solution_email.ipl. The script iw_solution_email.ipl doesn't even save the actual Job Comments to it's XML file. I think, rather than outputting task comments in the Job Comments field and renaming this output to Task Comments, they should actually store the Job Comments and output those comments in this field. As it stands, the name of this field is invalid and the output will almost always be blank anyway if you leave it as is. This is a bug either way. I filed this as a support case...
