Opendeploy schedule question

Can we setup a opendeploy job so that our producers can only deploy at certain period of time? For example, we have a workflow that we only want people to be able to deploy to production server from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday. They can deploy as many time as they want during this period of time.
