navigation bar submenus

Hi all,

A customer has created a DCR/TPL generated js navigation bar which is putting the text and hyperlink in the table. However, the customer would like to get an extra sub menu text/hyperlink set directly under the main hyperlink when clicking on it.

She is looking for some tips on how to do this. I added the dct and tpl to this post.
