visual format and bookmark

When I create a bookmark inside visual format window, it stays as long as visual formatter is open.
Then I click on done button. Comes back to templating client. I am using java templating client. Then again click on visual format button. It opens the window. Now if I click on Bookmark icon again, it shows the empty bookmark list. I have lost all my bookmarks.

Can anybody explain what is going wrong.
