Preview error & cant see zz_**.html file

Recently installed TeamSite with details...

TeamSite installed on Solaris Server: TS5.5.2, SP3, Templating SP3, Solaris-8,
Apache

Apache configured for TeamSite.

When clicked on preview button in DCR.
- popup error:
the document contained no data try again later, or contact the servers administrator

- iwproxy shows:
x-teamsite-preremap: /iw-mount/default/main/SDWF_test/WORKAREA/SDWF_test_wa/zz_tst_ashishp_0_preview.html

[invalid server response]

Though zz_***.html File gets created at templatedata level. But again,

Cant see generated zz_***.html file from the TeamSite.

I guess no special configuration required in TeamSite for preview.

Any clues?
